John Mason was very professional. He returned my call almost immediately, we made an appointment to look at what needed to be done and not only was he on time, he was early! We had a section of LVP that had warped and then poorly replaced/repaired by another company. John was willing to take on the challenge of fixing someone else's mess AND do a beautiful replacement/repair on our flooring. He did the repair with out having to rip up the entire room, saving us money on the amount of replacement planks. His work is beautiful and no one can tell what was original and what was repaired. We are beyond happy with his work and grateful that he took on the challenge. He is our Hero! I highly recommend John!

Upon arriving at our home, WE all discovered things were not as expected due to miscommunication.
